We believe in being 100% transparent with our charges. Once we've assessed your requirements, we'll provide you with a clear, detailed quote before any work begins. You will always receive an invoice inclusive of labour and material with no hidden costs.
Additional Pricing Information
- A minimum charge of 1 hour applies to all bookings.
- After the first hour, time is charged in ½-hour increments.
- All prices are exclusive of VAT.
- In most cases, once we've attended and assessed the problem, we can provide a fixed-price quotation based on the materials required and the estimated time to complete the job.
- No hidden fees — all costs are confirmed before any further work is carried out.
- We're open at weekends for emergency boiler and plumbing repairs only. If your job is an emergency, please call. For all non-urgent enquiries or quote requests, please use text, WhatsApp or email, and we'll respond from Monday onwards.
