We believe in being 100% transparent with our charges. Our rates are clearly shown below to make our customers fully aware of our rates at the time of booking. You will always receive an invoice inclusive of labour and material.
Additional Pricing Information
- A minimum charge of 1 hour applies to all bookings.
- After the first hour, time is charged in ½-hour increments.
- All prices are exclusive of VAT.
- In most cases, once we've attended and assessed the problem, we can provide a fixed-price quotation based on the materials required and the estimated time to complete the job.
- No hidden fees — all costs are confirmed before any further work is carried out.
- We're open at weekends for emergency boiler and plumbing repairs only. If your job is an emergency, please call. For all non-urgent enquiries or quote requests, please use text, WhatsApp or email, and we'll respond from Monday onwards.
