A. No. We do not charge for the time it takes for us to simply get to your address. There may be on occasions a diagnosis charge for boiler repairs but this is always refundable once we have completed your repair. We always provide a fixed price on request for any work.
A. No. New boiler installation and replacement quotes are free of charge.
A. Yes, there's a 12 months warranty on all parts and labour supplied by us. We also provide up to 10 years parts and labour warranty on new boiler installations and replacements.
A. 7am-10pm Mon-Sun.
If you need an urgent appointment for the next day when we are closed, you can use our online booking system to save a convenient time for one of our engineers to attend. We will confirm your appointment by calling you ASAP.
A. We carry a wide selection of parts for the most common boiler manufacturers. Unfortunately we cannot stock every part. Although 9 out of 10 times we can collect any parts we may need the same day.
A. On average, most boiler repairs are completed within one hour. You can see our labour price list here. If parts are required they will be supplied at cost plus 20%. Up to 1 hour parts collection time may be charged.
A. Yes. All of our engineers carrying out gas related works are Gas Safe registered.
A. You can pay by chip and pin, bank transfer or cash.
A. Yes we work with many landlords throughout West London. Please call 0203 565 1520 to arrange any appointments.
A. No, we can offer other services as well. We install, service and repair boilers, carry out landlord gas safety checks, powerflushing and emergency plumbing repairs.
